Our base sits on the Route des Gorges, at the entrance to the village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and 5 minutes from The Pont d'Arc. You'll find free parking on site, direct river access and a return shuttle included.

1 How do I book a descent online?

Click the "Booking" button at the top right of every page. You get a preferential online rate (up to -20 % on some trips). The form above is not for booking: it’s for enquiries, group quotes or specific questions.

2 How do I book for a group of more than 10 people?

Use the form above with "Group quote" as the subject, or call us directly. We offer a good group rate from 10 people. For stag and hen parties, we have a dedicated package.

3 What’s your cancellation policy?

In case of flooding or a storm with a prefectural ban on paddling, your descent is postponed or fully refunded. For cancellations on your side, our terms are detailed in our T&Cs (link in the footer).

4 Do you offer gift vouchers?

For now, we don’t offer electronic gift vouchers. Contact us directly by email or phone, we handle requests on a case-by-case basis.

5 Do you speak English?

Yes, our team welcomes many international visitors. The briefing can be given in English. The site also has an English version.

6 How do I get there by public transport?

The closest station is Montélimar (45 min by car). Seasonal shuttles run from Aubenas and Montélimar. We can advise you by phone depending on your starting point.
